I say again, why not send in ground troops, which would not only be able to confirm that there were actually weapons being stored in those places, but simultaneously ensure minimal collateral damage? It's not as if they had to fight a conventional army with tanks and other potential obstacles to a ground attack.

Israel is not responsible for the "deaths of hundreds of thousands of children", the IDF has always done *everything* in its power to prevent and avoid civilian casualties. Hamas, on the other hand, continues to bomb Israeli kidnergartens, blow up schoolbusses, and fire rockets at families' homes, as well as using Palestinians civilians, including children, as human shields. As for UN resolutions- when will Hamas abide by UN resolution 181, and stop denying Israel's right to exist

If the Israelis continue to look to violence and not negotiation then we will have no end. They continue to murder and target civilians and peaceful volunteers. The recent flotilla being a prime example. Two dead before the Israeli's boarded the ship, killed for no reason in International waters. I do not support terrorism, i am not wholly happy with Hamas' use of violence but without they would be nowhere simply because Israel will only use force.
