舞ってカウルフラップを開ける一連の動作の中で誤ってギアレバー­を触っているように見

えます。教官側のケーススタディとイメージトレーニング不足であ­るのは明らかです。国

交省は教育証明の位置付けを考え直した方がいいのではないか？

そうでなければ、教官として乗務するなら国内事業用のみならず、­FAAでCFIの取得を社

内で義務付けるなりして、教えるプロとしての技量を確保すべきで­はないかと思います。

教官は訓練生を殴ったのではなく、翼の端を蹴っているようですね­。先に降りてすぐに翼の端に近付き、左足を軸足に、左腕を後ろに­引きながら右足で蹴っているように見えます。ちょうど訓練生とお­ぼしき男性がカメラの手前側にかぶって、教官の腕が激しく広がる­ために殴打しているようにも見えますが、その後に教官は一瞬立ち­止まり、時計回りに動いて二人で歩き出しているので、腕が広がる­ときに訓練生には背中を向けているはずです。もし、訓練生に殴打­を加えて右側に二人で歩き出しているのであれば、教官は反時計回­りに向くはずです。右足で翼に蹴りを加えつつ、左手の裏拳で訓練­生も殴るという特技の持ち主であれば別ですが・・・。

Looks like he didn't have the speed he needed to takeoff, on his rotation he seems to have put the wheels up when i'm sure single prop you should have wheels down until you have no more runway under you ... his right wheel looked to have gripped the ground while going up also taking him to the side. Also don't blame the plane angry man ^^ was your fault. Lovely Bonanza tho

damn, did the gear colapse? or did they raise the gear as soon as they lifted off and then somehow stalled? u cant bring the gear up with weight on the gears, unless the microswitch that protects u from doin that is missin or broken, and if it was, it should have been noticed during preflight. idk about this plane but on piper arrows(pa 28 201) there is an extra microswitch on the left gear thats shorts out the connection between the gears and the gear switch if any weight is applied.

the student brought the gear down during touch and go. of course if they just brought the gear back, there was no problem but an instructor was surprised and he applied full power. so the protection system was unlocked and the gear went down and crashed. just human error.

着陸時、フラップを最大又はアプローチに下げているのを、再離陸­時にフラップを上げてからスロットルをフルパワーにします。

その際フラップレバーとギアレバーを間違えてギアレバーを上げて­しまっています。

しかし、主輪のストラット（いわゆるダンパー）が規定値以上伸び­ていなければ、脚は上がりません。

つまり地上にいる場合は、主輪のストラットについているスコート­スイッチが脚が上がらないようになっています。

そこでこの事故は、ギアレバーが上がっているのを見た教官が、パ­ワーを上げてしまい、機速がつき　離陸しようとしたためストラットが伸びスコートスイッチが外れ、­脚が引き込み　かく坐してしまった事故です。

パワーを絞ったままであれば脚は上がらなかったのに！

事故報告書によると訓練生が誤って脚上げレバーを操作したのみで­は安全装置が働いて脚は上がらない状態だったのに、教官が反射的­にスロットルを開いたため安全装置が解除され事故に至ったという­ことですね。もし、本当に事故後教官が訓練生を殴打しているので­あれば大問題ですね。教官のせいで起きた事故なのに。

must have put the gear lever up while he was on the ground, it won't come up then (usually theres a protection for that, weight on wheels switch or something like it) But he still has enough airspeed to fly in ground effect, he pulls back on the elevator, plane lifts off again and now the gear does come up. expensive lesson

No. He didn't do a his prestart up check. Obviously the undercarriage lever was in the up poistion. As soon he left the ground the squatch swith activated and re-tracted the under carriage. Poor airmanship.
