I have used that procedure numerous times and had 0 problems. This is not her invention of how to clear your Eustachian tubes, this is a commonly used method. Sorry it didnt work out for you but sounds like you have a lot more problems than a singular ear incident.
But seriously though, dont mess around with you ears and sinus' or your symptoms can become worse. Let it go away on its own, and if it persists, go see an ENT.
When I first came across that ear remedy on YouTube, my immediate thought was, "Wait. You want me to put fluid into my inner ear on PURPOSE?" I use a neti pot regularly for sinus congestion, and any instructions that are worth reading all say not to blow your nose too hard or you'll get fluid into your ear, which you DON'T want. I'm sure she had good intentions, but always get a doctor's opinion first (yes, doctors can be wrong too, but...)
So let me get this right... you seriously listened to what some random fat woman said giving health advice on YouTube and got all fucked up from it? God damn that explains itself. Stupid is as stupid does retard.
I am now on meds and my Doctor attributes this horrible condition to this internet "remedy"! It seems that this "treatment" caused my eustachian tube to swell shut.
HOPEFULLY, This condition will subside!
Again, don't play Granny Clampett folk doctor and see a real physician! PLEASE!
Personally I never listen to health advice from any fat person. I do hope you were able to regain your good health.

people have been irrigating their ears with saline solution for 1000's of years, this sounds like a nut if this caused anxiety attacks

haha what a loser
like you wouldn't have had the same symptoms a day later without using the solution, and requiring anxiety medication.........are you serious.....
Of course the doctor would love to have you think home solutions are worthless. but netti pots have been around far longer than youtube videos.....
