It is an Irish traditional. The arrangement is by a guy from Switzerland. Just Google Pampuch and Foggy Dew and you should get the sheet music for this one. I really love his arrangements and I recomend his music books warmly!
Dabei hab ich noch überlegt ob ich das Video tatsächlich verwenden soll, weil die Sonne so geknallt hat. Aber dann hab ich gedacht, so gut krieg ich das nicht mehr gespielt!!! ;-)
Beautiful !

beautiful shot, and beautiful playing :) I'm gonna try and play this one myself if it's ok. Who wrote it? O'carolan?.

Nice job Mary! I love the Foggy Dew. Reminds me of R. Vaughn Williams in some spots.

I know what you mean about the lyrics, judging by the tune I first thought it was an ode to the foggy hills ;-)

Thanks Tiff! It is such a sweet and gentle melody, you just can't think of it as a rebel song. Was I surprised by the lyrics!

Oh this came out really well! I like the lighting on the hands. Beautiful!

Thanks Yenney! The lighting was done by the morningsun from the window behind me completely without my intention. Glad you like it :-)

Ich liebe dieses harpamunid-Lied. Tolle Einspielung, liebe Mary, vor allem mit dem dezenten Lichteinfall von links! Hollywoodtrickkiste :-)))))
