It's not a TV tuner, it just connects and upscales/downscales the resolution, so no you won't get any lag.

I want to buy this mode but I want to know...If I can capture (record) the gameplay from my xbox 360. I want to make video guides...and I never hade an external Tv tuner, just PCI and I did it with the software that came with the hardware. I search the homepage of this AVerMedia STB9 1080i and it sodențt have any software or application...
How do I record?
