Looks like sensitive myoclonus to me. It can be started from any number of things including music or movement. I have had action myoclonus for over 9 months now and mine is mainly stimulated from movement in my legs/hip flexors and arms, sometimes goes to my neck and voice. It all started with leg spasms and I haven't found an underlying cause at the start but continue to have more symptoms. Good luck to you, I can feel your movements and your hurt and frustration. Best wishes Hope
you should get an mri with dye and maybe even a spinal tap (lumbar puncture) to rule out anything serious but it looks like kinetic movements to me...maybe even some type of seizure see if you can get the tests i mentioned plus an EEG done to rule out a lot of things...best of luck to you. Oh and please check out my videos they cant diagnose me either. THey arent sure what is causing my tics or whatever it is that is making me move....please check em out and comment thanks!
I know exactly what you are going through, I have MS and secondary myoclonus. Secondary because it is a symptom of MS and I also have dystonia. The tremors, really bad jerking ,is a form of myoclous. The turning of the head, arms & hands curling and tighting, legs, feet turning in & problem walking . What you have is a severe case of Dystonia, a movement disorder. I get Botox injections in both legs to stop over active muscles, every 3 months. So far it works. Hope this helps.
Why can't i get a proper diagnoses...If it is conversion disorder how can it progress how can it happen when i was unconscious how can the left side of my body be paralyzed for hrs with no sensation no reflexes ...why wouldn't i be able to make it stop....I feel as though im loosing my mind..there are no dr's i can find for conversion disorder or a neurologist who cares HELP
Alright after my rant yesterday, let me ask... Have you ever taken any anti-psychotic medicine? Such as ativan? I've watched almost all your video and it looks exactly like what I have. Tardive Dyskinesia. If you're on ativan switch to valium and ween off ASAP. It took me 3 months and an anti-convulsant to recover somewhat. This is no joke.
Defenitely a neurological disorder(hyperkinetic) with athetosis and myoclonus movements. Before they diagnose it as a psychogenic disorder, they should put you through the normal protocal, including all the necessary neurological and kinetic testing, then prescribe corrective medication. Have they done any of this?
no i went to see a specialist in philidelphia...i was there for a total of 25 minutes...he talked for 15 i gave him these vids to watch then he came back and said...conversion disorder...not one test. I'm frustrated because they were supposed to be top rated ...but i felt dismissed
The factory mercury waste caused this "disease" after people ate fish full of mercury. They called it Minimata disease but it resembles epilepsy. I believe 99% of all nerve disorders are from heavy metals and the medical field gives them different names as if to separate them but it all comes from the same source. Vaccines & environmental toxins
There is one other thing to look into. Chiropractic.
Ask a chiropractor (call several of them) if he thinks your condition might be misdiagnosed & if he has had success treating "nerve disorders" that turned out to be caused from spinal misalignment.
The meaning of Conversion Disorder is a condition in which a person has blindness,
paralysis, or other nervous system symptoms that cannot be explained. It's totally amazing that they have to create a fancy name instead of just saying -We Don't Know- and because they don't want to look incompetent they place the blame for the condition on the patient saying it's in their mind. I was told that when I had mercury poisoning from tooth fillings & ate lead paint as a baby.
Do you know why all the doctors say conversion disorder? Because in medical school they show a lot of students a video example of something that looks neurological and pound it in the students' head that if symptoms wax and wane, they must be psychological. It's bullshit. So is "essential tremor" psychological too? It's a joke.
Often times the nervous disorders are not permanent but a misfire due to the heavy metals that have absorbed into all living tissue, organs & can even be in bone marrow. The chelated minerals act like a magnet to pull out heavy metals so the body can function normally again.
If you were exposed to lead or mercury from the sanding of paint, eating fish, silver amalgam tooth fillings or swimming in water with mercury could all be reasons for the accumulation of these or worst case you were exposed to pesticides sprayed on a lawn. The pesticides are designed to disable the bugs nervous system & that is the same affect it has on humans but not too sure chelation will help in that case
The Md's will not help you. Right now you are money for them in bogus long term treatments, you need to contact a Licensed Holistic doctor. Ask to be tested for heavy metals, ask if intravenous chelation therapy will help you, ask if detoxifying herbs will help you. If you take detoxifying herbs you must drink a whole lot of water or as it stirs up toxins it's terrible if you don't drink water to flush them out. Also eat lots of leafy greens.
I know you said you didn't have a vaccine but go to section 4:37 Your facial muscles are identical to these kids who got vaccines then later cured from it, that's why I feel so strongly along with searching "the cause of Dystonia" that you have been exposed to something. This does not occur because you made it all up in your mind, that only shows how ignorant doctors controlled by the drug industry can be. Your only answer is with Holistic medicine
My daughter Jessica Ward has Myoclonic Dystonia and she will cramp from head toe at times. I truly understand your pain. Jesi had deep brain stimulation surgery in May of 2008. It has helped significantly. She is able to walk better and the cramps are not as frequent. God bless you in your journey. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
This looks like dystonia to me. Your other "migraine video" looked like a full-blown dystonic storm. It coordinates to music...Wierd, huh? Did this start suddenly? Feel free to contact me~Sami

Do a youtube search for:

one thing that seems to be rampant with lyme is joint inflammation/lyme arthritis. Exaggerated dystonic movement not so much.

I know Sami, and agree- it looks like a form of dystonia- the facial ones look like Meige Syndrome. Let me know if I can help.

Get tested for Lyme disease ONLY through a lab that specializes in tickborne diseases.
I have this and I have chronic Lyme and co-infections.
