drinking and driving and all he got one a £1000 fine and 18 month driving ban, he got off to easy, he should of gotton a year in prison and £1000 fine and then a 18 month ban starts.

Does anybody out there remember serving with a PTE.MARTIN ROWE during the 70s with the Green Howards?
He did 2 tours of Northern Ireland and was stationed in Berlin for some time.
He died in 1982 when i was 2 and am just hoping to get to know him a little more.
His first born child was called tracy and may still live in the north east.

No, Tracey Rowe was given a 30 per cent chance of survival and was unconcious for four days with serious head injuries, but survived. Three others were also hit and suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The man who hit her admitted dangerous driving and drink driving and was fined £1,000 with an 18 month driving ban.
