i grew up in north dakota in the united states and winnipeg & regina bands like red fisher, propagandhi, silence equals, i spy, painted thin, banned from atlantis, and elliot were very influential to our 90's punk scene.
i have an old photo of john sutton dressed up as a clown, playing with red fisher in minot sometime around 1994.
