Wow, I am so glad to have found your videos, it was just by chance. I am really thankful to have found this, because your motivation and your energy really makes me realize that heck! I can do this to. I've been struggling with some pounds from a few years now, I've been dieting and all but I guess the wrong way, because I always ended up putting that back on. But after watching a few of your videos, I finally got a new perspective about the whole weight losing process. Thank you!

Your Mom sounds like me, I admire her.

I raised 3 kids on my own, was a business owner for 25 years and supported the whole family.

I loved it.

I get thanks from my kids now, sure didn't when I was working all the time.

this is how I used to approach my weight loss.... life or death --- and I always get confused when people are still significantly bigger than I am don't think / feel this way because they're so big. I resent them for not feeling the fire I felt because they just don't get that they could DIE if they don't lose weight.

It's time I approach my own weight loss in the same manner once again and let others figure it out for their own... both in weight loss and in life.

Some thing similar happened to us lucky for me my parents were together the whole way. I cant imagine what it must have been like for you what it must have been for your mom! I still dont understand why there are people who cause so much harm,but I guess it makes us grow stronger and more cautious Tell your mom she's a hero for me and that God will always be with her because she is such a great mom!

basically thin or normalweight persons are inspiring me to lose weight.i do not have many overweight people in my enviroment, so no one really understands what my overweight means to me.that is why i have to motivate myself.but thats ok to me.

Your videos here on Youtube gives me inspiration and helps me when i'm feeling down and think i can't do it anymore.Thank you very much for it.
