  • I LL TRY IT TO IN ORDER TO PREVENT THE CROW S FEET , THANK YOU

  • @selmoonneamt Wonderful. You might want to try to moisturize a bit in the beginning and see how that works for you.

  • Can I do this exercise everyday??

  • @mulleoops Yes. In the beginning you can perform this exercise every day and then you can go to less times a week as you see the crow's feet lessen.

  • HI thx for uploading.... i am a girl in the middle of my 20´s and have got some saggy jowls and cheeks cuz of facial wieght lost.... can u tell me any program that will give me full cheeks as like big cheeks.... how long does it take to see dramatic changes in ur face with facial excercise? :)

  • I'm only 18 years old and have deep wrinkles under my eyes... Probably because I have very light skin, but I try to protect it from the sun! I really want to try this out, but I'm afraid of doing it wrong. Streching you're skin wrong makes more wrinkles, if I got it right. How can I make sure I'm doing this exercise the right way?

    Thanks for answering :)

  • Thanks a lot for explaining how our face muscles work.. I'm a true believer of facial exercise now! I have one more problem area to work on.. I got 3 lines on one side of my forehead that look like railroad tracks.. Somehow when I raise my eyebrows, one side of my eyebrows are always higher causing these lines only on one side..I really appreciate if you can recommend me an exercise for that! Thanks in advance!!

  • This is such a great exercise!! Thanks so much your sharing this... this exercise beats any expensive eye wrinkle cream.. I'm seeing great improvement in my deep lines around my eyes! They are almost invisible! I do this exercise every morning when I apply my mosturiser and before going to sleep. Can't thank you enough!!!

  • I’m so glad you’re seeing such great results. The secret to this exercise is the contraction of the muscle and then the sliding over the skin. Since the muscles go through the skin in the face (allows us to show facial expressions) as the muscles tone and become denser (smaller) they take the skin with them and this can make your pores look smaller and finer long with less lines. In fact, you will see your complexion improving overall!

  • One more thing! I'd also like to say that I have a hooded eye which I never really minded, but as I'm now in my late 30s it was starting to droop a bit. This exercise has pulled it right back and it did it instantly. It's just amazing. That's one thing my last routine didn't quite take care of effectively. Thank you so much! I hated looking tired all the time, especially when I wasn't!

  • Can I also add - this exercise feels amazing. I've had very little sleep (4 hours) and it's very invigorating. It stimulates blood flow which is what makes the area feel refreshed. It's been a few minutes since I did them and I can still feel it the effect.

You know, the miserable people who won't try these and have nothing but negative, unfounded things to say will all be identified as such by their mean looking, droopy faces!

  • Agreed. Creams do absolutely nothing to combat wrinkles. I actually can't believe someone thinks they can, because they just don't work regardless of price and 'technology'!

I've been doing resistance exercises for about 6 years and it has made the hugest difference in my skin. My mother's skin is sliding off her face and I could see mine going that route also, but the exercises have prevented that from happening. It kills me that people would rather have surgery than try these.

  • excuse me but shouldnt you be careful about stretching skin as a rule in general? ....I saw facial yoga excercises here..they are much better...in fact i have done facial yoga and had results fast

  • Yes. You should ALWAYS be careful about stretching the skin. The muscles of the face mostly attach one end into the bone and the other through the skin. This allows us to show facial expression. In the body, muscles attach bone to bone.

  • According to Frederick Rossiter, M.D., if you first contract a muscle of the face and then slide over it as seen in this Crows Feet video, you will not only alleviate wrinkles, but tone the skin and muscles together, while building muscle fiber as well. You are sliding against pressure. This is a form of muscle resistance training. CFF employs both isometrics (as in facial Yoga) and muscle resistance training.

  • So, while you can tone the face with facial Yoga, you cannot get the incredible lift and build you get with muscle resistance. I know. Not only have I been doing my CFF facial exercises for over 12 years, I own over 70 facial exercise programs + and ONLY when I started to use muscle resistance training did I get the results I want that is a toned, firm, elegant build to my face with less wrinkles and beautiful skin.

  • if you have the time, there is no reason not to try this. but there are some creams that will get the job done faster and more effectively.

  • While a good skin care cream is important for nourishing the upper layers of the skin, unless its a prescription cream, by law, it may not penetrate the skin any further than the first few layers of cells. Wrinkles are formed by the skin adhering to the underlying tissue. This creates a valley we call a wrinkle. Good skin creams can help to soften these lines, but not eliminate them.

  • Facial exercises are unique in that the muscles of the face are attached one end into the bone and the other end through the skin thus allowing us to make facial expressions. When you exercise the face properly, as the CFF system has been designed to do, you tone the muscles, so lifts the skin and literally pushes out the wrinkles. You can also detack the wrinkle and then rub it out.

  • Its the combination of using a good skin care regime along with facial exercises that gives you a firmer, smoother, healthier, younger looking face.

  • but i thot stretching the skin, especially under the eyes is bad??

i'm only 19 years old, turning 20 this year and i'm scared of wrinkles.

help me to avoid havin them early.

  • I agree. You do have to be careful not to stretch the skin under the eyes in the wrong way. Because the muscles in the face end in the skin (allows us to show facial expressions) if you contract the muscle first, before sliding across the skin, you will tone the muscle and the skin will lift with the newly toned muscle. You can read more about this on my website listed in the description. You can also prevent wrinkles and sagging of old age when you start with facial exercises as young as 20.

  • i really wanna buy the set but i cant afford it, isit from usa cuz i liv here and fanx for the reply i hope my eye wrinkles desrease with this exercise so then when 18 i will see if made difference but looking at ur face its incridable.. i wish u could change my life freom wrinkles to smooth skin..i do hope u show more videos of facail exercise and please do

  • does this really work cuz i am only 16 and i have aleardy have wrinkles dep onces us well under neath my do u have any other once and i want to no how long it takes to reduce them

  • Certainly you can try out some facial exercises at your young age, but you do not need to work very hard in order to diminish any lines that may be forming. You are still growing and facial exercises in your case are completely preventive with very little correction. From my point of view, it's a great idea to start now with a light regime in order to keep your smooth skin and correct the lines that are starting to form, now.

  • Try out the few sample exercises on the Carolyn's Facial Fitness website as well as this Crows Feet exercise and see if you have improvement?

  • I am 13 and I am starting to see freaking Crow's feet. :(

  • Certainly lines and such can start to show up on the face when we are very young... as you note, you're only 13 and already see lines coming in. Facial exercises are preventive as well as corrective. Under the age of 18 I think facial exercises are fine, only one should engage in a mostly isometric routine. One that is not very aggressive simply because it's not needed, yet and only a little attention is required to keep and correct any issues that may come up.

  • Why don't you try the Crows Feet exercise in this video three times a week for about four months and let me know how it worked for you? I do have clients as young as 7 years old. They are in the entertainment business and want to be preventive with their aging. They usually engage in only a few of the exercises rather than the whole program. Warmly, Carolyn

  • Hi! I've added links at the bottom of the info box that will show you before and after pictures of people who've used Carolyn's Facial Fitness facial exercises. You'll see how their eyes have opened up and how the skin around their eyes have firmed.

  • wait she's 59?! geebus, I was off by quite a bit. To the poster, is there a time of day that is best to do these exercises? e.g I can barely keep my eyes open in the morning -_-

  • It doesn't matter what time of day you do the exercises, but I've heard from many that they especially like to do them at night and "sleep on the results from exercising". The CFF system also has a very relaxing effect upon the muscles of the face and neck and this helps when wanting to go to sleep at night, as well.

  • I prefer to do them in the morning when I first wake-up or else I tend to procrastinate and not do them at all. This is NOT good as the great results from facial exercises is worth the little effort they take!

  • wow, she looks good for a 59 year old...
