They figured it would make more sense to give him drills to fit the name. If you think about it, though, it actually makes less sense, since Spark's attacks were electric-based, and not drill based. Stupid idea on their part...

this boss is hits hard even with the body armor. he is the hardest to beat without his weakness, does a lot more damage then launch octopus. tried him with the body armor, no weakness, did 3 points of damage per attack to me.
