So adorable AND clever!!! Meat and enrichment letters! I also just started hearing BCR ads on the radio, a week or so ago. Glad the word is getting out there about this fantastic organization!

cool what do you think of them breeding a demestic cat wat looks like a tiger (Toyger) would it not get aggresiv when it grows up

Not sure? I have read that they are bred using domestic shorthaired tabbies, than also that the bengal cat was introduced in the breeding also. The bengal cat is domestic + asian leopard cat which I think is wrong to breed domestic cats with wild cat species just to create a designer cat, that sell for thousands yet many still possess their wild instincts.

All the cats were locked into the other side of their enclosures before we went in there to arrange the food, we have no contact at Big Cat Rescue, definitely safer for both us and the animals that way. Thanks for watching!

bigcatresuce, id like to get your opinion on something. i notice a disturbing trend happening. there have been cases at certain zoos where zoo employees have entered into a big cats enclosure and the big cat attacked or even killed that zoo employee. some of these animals have been put down because of human error. do you feel these animals should be out down if a zoo employee enters their enclosure at their own risk? big cats dont know any better. they act on instinct. y should they be put down

Well, all I know is that I would never enter the enclosure with any big cat in the first place, we have no contact with our cats we clean from the outside of the cage using scraper poles. Big cats do act on instinct you're right, just doing what comes naturally yet they end up suffering for it!

thank you for your response. some people dont understand big cats are unpredicatable animals, one minute they can be good and affectionate animals, the next they flip for whatever reason. humans should not be doing in any big cat enclosure no matter how well they know the animal or think its gonna act. these people have no right to take these animals lives from them cuz of human error. what does someone expect a big cat is gonna do when someone enters their enclosure? you know. thanks.

I think it was Orion, but it could of been Artemis the female, Aries the other male cougar in the enclosure was more interested in us then the meat!

You guys are such an influence on me! Last week I had to dig a nest of raccoon babies out of my apartment wall. Their mom took off and didn't come back so I kept them until I could find a wildlife rehabilitation person. Animal control said they would come get them but they would just put them to sleep....I am so glad I didn't let that happen! Now they are healthy and eating in good care and in a few months they will be released back into the woods! Thanks BCR!
