No problem. I admire people who play the guitar. I've trying to teach myself for the past 3 years and have not advanced much. I know I can take lessons, but I just haven't goten around to to it. Any how Bunkman 64 have a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year.

Lessons are over-rated. I took a few lessons in the 9th graqde, other than that, I have taught myself everything I know. You have to be didicated and persistant. TRUST ME it WILL come out. I see by your profile you are about 18, right? You have plenty of time. I'm 44. Been playing for about 20 years and believe me it didn't come easy and I still only consider myself average at best. Start with the 4 basic chords G, Em, C and D. You can play a lot of songs with these. Merry Christmas 2 u as well!
