He is,only,it doesn't make a bit of difference,the requirements needed to fight him are different in each game.

Like in my game,I had to manipulate Seifer into triggering my trap card,something he did only in his 42nd turn,and from then on,make sure his power level does not increase further 9000,and then,defeat him by making the time get to 0.

Afterwars,if I did it right,I must bring light into Ganon's lair so that I can fight him in the Fire Cavern in disc 5.

This boss fight was so overpowered it was removed from the game for the sake of the players. You can still access it, however.

You have to first kill 65535 enemies, then you have to save and input an ActionReplay code that spells "PINGAS" in hexidecimal code, then go to the forest to the right of Balamb Garden (the one next to Ifrit's cave) and find a Draw Point.

Beware, however, for not even Odin will help you here.

I think the problem is increasing the chances of finding Robotnik. The highest chance of finding him is right after feeding the PingasShark, in the Winhill or Timber areas.

Good catch. Mama Luigi gives you a Bagel, which you can take to Volcano George. If you beat him, he turns it into Breakfast; Otherwise, he turns it into Shit. Then you can take it to the PigasShark and continue like normal.
