Well the drive thru was added on in the late 70s. That's 20 plus years it was in operation.
Also, the rest of the building was torn down a few days later. Someone decided to change the schedule of demolition and we weren't able to get the final footage.
Not cool. The only Burger King in the US with the unique drive thru. Made its way into the World Records and Trivia Pursuit. And it's just torn down. Why can't they build one with a drive thru on both sides? You know, like Checkers?
But still, Crestview always has room for improvement. I would know, I live here.

Important items like kitchen appliances and electronic were probably removed prior. Benches and tables were bolted to the floor.

The destruction crew sneaked back out there early the next morning after this was taken and finished the demolition way ahead of the scheduled time.
