im not trynna say that our a bad teacher but playing the violin isnt about stances and stuff its about music, feeling free and expressing yourself all instruments were made so that creative people could express how they feel. I think that it doesent matter how you stand when you play ..but maybe thats just me

interesting. might want to mention turning the nose over the shoulder, scroll being over the toe (nose + scroll + toe all facing the same direction) and the left elbow coming forward.

I was recently given a violin for christmas and want learn to play violin. Surfing the web for instruction I found this website offering online violin lessons I am not sure if I should pay the money or not for such a program.
