If Michael was that ill, he could not have passed a 5 hour physical, and as his doctor you should have contacted AEG and medical and police authorities so that he could get the care he needed and deserved. Michael may have been as you said a difficult patient, but you should have refused the assignment . He may have been able to continue his life with advanced drug rehabilitation. It's a very tragic event, one the world doesn't wish to live through time and time again.
