  • My Nonna Theresa was from The Amalfi Coast region, and she made her's just the way you do. So Naturally I do too. You're so right about not drowning it in sauce.It takes all the nice texture away. This is also my favorite dish. Just wish Nonna was here to sweeten the sauce with her special finger tips.
