Srry, I really messed up blender. IDK how. So when I render the scene once I have changed it from what it was saved as, it stupidly renders the old scene that I don't want. Then I hit escape, and find my scene unchanged from the original one I loaded.

Basically, it resets my scene to the saved file, that I can't overwright for some reason whenever I render it (F12) or when I open it again after closing it.

Hey could someone help me? I fucked up blender somehow so that whenever I open a new file the last file I made pops up instead of the normal cube scene. How do I switch it back to the default? I know I can re-install blender, but...

Also, whenever I save this certain simple scene, it doesn't do anything. When I close and re-open it, it only loads this one version of it. Then I move something around, and save, it opens that one version again... How is this changed?

I tried out Blender, Maya and 3ds Max extensively and they are more or less even. The only fact which helped me to decide was the price. Obviously Blender won ;)

i really doubt that creating nature in 3dsmax is really easier than in blender! (why should is, anyway?)

and taht blender is not used that often, does not mean tht it is worse! The reason why blender isnt used very often, is that the official support is very bad!
