wiz - I have the same lock and same designated tool -- i was picking the lock in from 7 to 10 minutes trying to get my time down -- and then i couldn't pick it -- next, the key wont work - any suggestions on how i can get this dog to fight?

hmmm...thats a tough call..

go thru the discs with no tension..

see where it is binding.

realign the discs and ensure the key is seated in the deepest disc.

beyond that, these locks are unserviceable .

(to the best if my knowledge.)

thank you..i am really starting to get the feel of discs,,(abloy is still a hell of a long way off,but all the same principles apply)

the next one i am working on has false gates,too,

so a bit more of a challenge,gradually implemented ... i will have it nailed on cam in no time...=)
