Make a Facebook or myspace Just for your model pics. Look for BBW pinup modeling sites that accepts applications, send it in and if they accept you promote your pics and the site your modeling on.
Some people do have genes which will cause them to be in bigger size than others. Girls should just embrace whatever shape they're in. We are humans, not plastic mannequins =)

I find it's ridiculous that people are beginning to uphold fatness saying that it's alright... I've been to China, and you want to know why they are almost all in shape? Because they eat healthy foods and don't like the taste of sugary foods (except the new generations because they are slowly being influenced by western society). This is an unhealthy frame of mind that will affect future generations. So great, soon the whole world will be out of shape.. Good job for encouraging that.

I know for a fact that she is a model because I have shot pictures of her. There are such people as Plus Sized Models. They my not be the super models on a Paris runway, but they are models still. As I stated before as well, other things factor into weight. It can be genetic, medical, or any number of other things. Without knowing someone personally, you can't judge them.

There is a difference between overweight and obese. Whether you know the difference or not. So long as we can accept ourselves as we are that is the important thing. Not everyone is happy with their weight, but can accept themselves as they are. It's not your place to try to tell someone else that they are obese or unhappy. There are such things as Plus Sized models. It doesn't mean that they are promoting disease, it simply means that they aren't a size 0 and are happy with themselves. Look, i'm all for the "plus size is beautiful" thing but it's just that I don't want that. I diet, and do sports, and eat healthy. I'm a size 1 but I weigh 110 pounds (which is average based on Statistics Canada). I'm just saying that if people are happy with their current body weight, I won't bother trying to put them down, it's just that I don't want to be that way.

Even more good news: I'm opening up a Star-Search-esque talent competition @ me college and I'm including plus-sized modeling category. I, too, am breaking the general stereotyping of what a model's supposed to look like by adding this subcategory; I'm also doing this in dedication to a friend of mine who always wanted to be a plus-sized model.

well the fist start is to get yourself out there! Take bunches of pictures of yourself get use to it! Send them to modeling agencies that do plus size modeling! Find a site that is an amature modeling website get some experience under your belt! just try and never give up! not matter how many times they tell you no!

I find it's ridiculous that people are beginning to uphold fatness saying that it's alright... I've been to China, and you want to know why they are almost all in shape? Because they eat healthy foods and don't like the taste of sugary foods (except the new generations because they are slowly being influenced by western society). I know for a fact that she is a model because I have shot pictures of her. There are such people as Plus Sized Models. They my not be the super models on a Paris runway, but they are models still. Once again, you are making statements without knowing the situation. You have no clue how much or how little we eat. Our weights have nothing to do with being lazy or anything else. I keep telling you to know the person before you pass judgment. There is a difference between overweight and obese. Whether you know the difference or not. So long as we can accept ourselves as we are that is the important thing. Not everyone is happy with their weight, but can accept themselves as they are. It's not your place to try to tell someone else that they are obese or unhappy. Enjoy the ladies vids or not, but don't pass judgment without knowing everything about her.

I eat vegtables, I eat NORMAL size portions, I dont eat junk all the time, I excercise, I MODEL! I am not sitting on my couch eatting junk food getting fatter and fatter! That is a sterotype! There are such things as Plus Sized models. It doesn't mean that they are promoting disease, it simply means that they aren't a size 0 and are happy with themselves. You are the only one tricking your mind. We are simply saying that we can accept ourselves as we are, and ask that others get their heads out of their asses and not judge us. The fact is that more of the population is bigger than what Hollywood says we should be. So get with the program and get your head out of your ass.

Look, i'm all for the "plus size is beautiful" thing but it's just that I don't want that. I diet, and do sports, and eat healthy. I'm a size 1 but I weigh 110 pounds (which is average based on Statistics Canada). I'm just saying that if people are happy with their current body weight, I won't bother trying to put them down, it's just that I don't want to be that way.

That's the problem with society today; they don't think like we do. I, too, think that size DOESN'T matter. Even more good news: I'm opening up a Star-Search-esque talent competition @ me college and I'm including plus-sized modeling category. I, too, am breaking the general stereotyping of what a model's supposed to look like by adding this subcategory; I'm also doing this in dedication to a friend of mine who always wanted to be a plus-sized model.

I totally applaud your confidence. I'm a tall girl and I know I'll never get to weigh 120 pounds like some of the traditional models do at 5'11 and such. No I dont think my weight is unhealthy! I have great cholesterol and blood pressure! I am very active! I like to ride my bike to work occasionally! I like to skate, and sometimes I just like to take a walk! I will never be skinny I dont really want to be! But there is such a thing as healthy and big! I dont sit at home eatting junk all day thats not healthy! I would rather be out than stuck at home! I dont take offense a very good question! thank you-Ireland

well the fist start is to get yourself out there! Take bunches of pictures of yourself get use to it! Send them to modeling agencies that do plus size modeling! Find a site that is an amature modeling website get some experience under your belt! just try and never give up! not matter how many times they tell you no!

I agree totally, I mean I'm curvy ;) and I'm proud of who I am. I love photography and would love to get a career out of my photography.I really dont agree with people who are size zero people! Doctors say that fat ppl are making themselves ill but skinny people are killing themselves seeing as their organs can't cope so they shut down so why dont the press make an issue about that? GRRRR I hate the media they always twist things.
