  • Answer to DEVIDIA - I think it's a misunderstanding between us. When I said SCOTT is an athlete, I mean that seriously he is! What you are speaking about is a very high level competition athlete. The simple qualification "athlete" means that even he is doing bodybuilding he has an athletic body. There are bodybuilders NOT having an athletic body and moving like tanks!

    For how do you think you'll have to workout everyday for a two week period to lose weight and get stronger? Of course with a proper diet etc.. I'm writing a big assignment so I have two weeks off, so I basically have plenty of time to workout.. 2 weeks strict dieting and working out. Do you think that'll work??

  • I can't believe I never thought about doing something like this. For a decade I do regular up downs with variation and never thought to do this. Thank you Scott. I guess a lot of people lose the ability to see great alternatives when they have been doing something for too long, which is why it is great to have someone like you keep us in check.

  • With this excercise, if you are not in the same shape as Scott, welcome to the SNAP CITY! Do not forget SCOTT is a big athlete, he can do it, and you? NOT SO SURE!

  • @twinmuscleadvises1 are you serious? "snap city"? this is not an over the top extreme exercise.. you may need to check your sources my friend...

  • @ScottHermanFitness - scott i agree it is not OVER THE TOP excercise, but.....you have to take into consideration ther age and the level of training of the people. I train bodybuilding for 48 years now and was not able to do the excercise like you show it! I go maybe 15 cm to the right and the same to the left, so do not tell me it's an easy excercise!

  • @ScottHermanFitness I repeat I am serious, I am training 48 years bodybuilding in a reasonable and natural way. I tried your excercise and did it 15cm to the left and the same to the right. So do not tell me EVERYBODY can do it! It's a question of stretch, level of training and also age. Again I am serious!

  • @twinmuscleadvises1 Agree. Although this looks like a great exercise, I cannot do even 1 rep. I have a weak rotator cuff in my right shoulder and this kills me.

  • @devidia - wheter very big, big or less big, it's not important Scott is a great athlete, it is not just "he is working out". One thing is to work out, another thing is to be an athlete.... :)

  • @twinmuscleadvises1 working out on a recreational level is not thesame as being an athlete. he has a nice body, but being an athlete takes so much more than just 1 or 2 hours per day in a gym...

  • you should make a vid about EXCESS SKIN ... i lost 140 pounds in about 1 year and a half... and i put on muscle... but i still have some skin left here and there.. i dont know how to get rid of it :/
