By the way, dungeons can spawn when the map is made at any height under the surface, from the bottom level of bedrock, which replaces the bedrock letting u dig into the void, but that is rare, up to the surface to the point where u can see the spawner without digging at all. It was actually pretty rare that the one u found with the sand avalanche, lol, was so close to the surface... ps... make a bed!
