I found this one kinda dark and demented as a kid. First, because the kid climbed into his own speech bubble. And secondly, because at the end he falls in to a deep hole, presumably to his death (or at least some unfathomable abyss). And we're somehow supposed to believe that he went out happy because his last meal was his favourite kind of pie, which was not properly served to him, but rather, thrown at his face in such a manner that would humiliate most people. Yeah, that makes sense
The echo on the kid's voice freaked me out when I first saw this. I also remember this one having the Joe Raposo score for the "Giraffe" film-clip playing in the background for some odd reason.
"Hello, down there!" Nice clip, but kinda strange. The used the "Strawberry, my favorite kind!" line for I - Ice cream and J - Jam, which I've also seen on this site.
I guess they used the pie to make the ladder fall becaue if you notice when the pie hits the kids face the ladder dissapears into thin air so it must have fallen so that the kid would fall in the hole when he thought the ladder was still there.
