well its something that you train for, like sky diving. people train astronauts endlessly so they can cope with high G-force. So I guess its all about training or talent lol.

He is also flying head on into the wind, so it would push it down into his shoulders rather than pull it back. Although I imagine you'd have to be careful when turning so as to not snap your neck.
