No and no. The company is a new startup focused on assisting expats finding jobs in Japan. I'm really only conversationally fluent in Japanese; not nearly enough to operate successfully in the business world (yet).

Yeah, the holidays were great, but I'm in the cabin-fever part of my stay now.

It's my understanding my new place is going to be West of Shinjuku. I don't know the exact location yet because my employer is setting it up for me.
