Yet, he would call me after talking to her, when he gets lonely or misses me and tell me that he loves me. Those are some times and then other times its like he hates me. We still love each other but apparently he is not ready for a relationship. I just wished he stop coming back bc he is just hurting me but its so hard to let go :(

these are the only 3 tips you need! also, you should keep a line of communication like say you have a facebook and your ex is your friend. Keep your ex as a friend. That way he/she can see that your cool with them because they're your friend, but your also not worried about them because your going out more and NOT messaging or making contact with him/her.
