Originally called the D12, the Spyker D8 Peking-to-Paris SSUV was introduced in 2006 at the Geneva Motor Show. Some of the standard features of the Spyker SSUV include: fulltime four-wheel drive, four doors (suicide configuration), carbon-ceramic matrix brakes, and all aluminum construction. While it was originally intended to have a Audi W12 engine, it is now believed to be fitted with a V8 by an unknown American company—hence the change from “D12″ to “D8.”

One thing that I really love about Spyker has to be it's interior. Rich looking, and they are some of the most beautiful interiors for any car. All the credit goes to the Dutch. In fact, Holland is my favorite European Nation, though I am not Dutch.

Spyker really does love those open gear shifters... which turns this into only a 4 seater... but at the same time, I love it... If it wasn't so expensive I could see a lot of teenage people driving this car... but saying that it is from Holland (I think) the tarrifs on this car will make it one only for the rich and powerful.

It hasn't got anything resembling luxury, it's just a show-off car purely bought because it looks good, it has no airbags or anything else that keeps you safe when crashing, it's just made for showing off and driving fast while looking good, besides the gas and breaks it hasn't got anything luxurious.. still want one though
