Now this gives me some closure to the Bible's story of Cain & Abel. The Bible never explains why God approved of one brothers offering and not the other. This breaks it down a bit more for me.. :)

The detail in which our solar system is described in these texts only leads me to believe in the authenticity of the story. In the first few tablets, details are givin about the outer solar system that modern science didn't figure out until the 20th century. Simply Amazing

Throughout these readings these Anunnaki speak of some creator/s more powerful then them that created all life, I wonder why they never discuss this ever, only briefly mention....yet they constantly say how it is forbidden to do this, and forbidden to do that....I think they are governed but a higher power but they continue to break the rules...do you think that these might be embelished stories as well? What always puzzled me is, it is always spoken of religion, which divides the people. In truth, there were the institutions, the churches, what the story with their approval have changed. Here on the tablet is the true story. What came after is distortion of self-interest and lust for power.

Sadly, most people have been thoroughly brainwashed by their religion since birth. They will scoff at these stories, even though it's beyond obvious that the Bible is simply a modified, nearly plagiarized version of these older accounts. Or they'll call it "the work of the devil".

It really is scary just how myopic and stubborn the deeply religious are.

AGREED, maybe its the want to believe in something good even though if you break it down all things are questionable in the bible for instance..I try to argue with my mother who is christian and she wont hear it and thats cool because she is the best person in the world to me.

That's what really matters in the end IMO, that you're a good person. Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs... just don't tell me I'm the spawn of Satan for not subscribing to them! Those are the people that annoy me.

I would think that a "God" would respect the people who choose to be good simply because they are naturally inclined to do so... moreso than somebody who is only being good out of fear of being wisped away to a fiery inferno for eternity, or for a reward (heaven).
