I REALLY like this and I support your cause. It is unfortunate that when a company or corporation provides a particular service for the public, some asshole in the middle of the food chain fails to do their job adequately Even Though they are compensated adequately. Too, I do not think it is fair to blame the presidents or CEOs like our media does. They make it seem like it was almost some sort of conspiracy and word was passed down to intentionally do a half-ass job.
