  • matte painting right?

did you consult the moving mattes tute for vue by anychance? i invested in that myself a few months back and found it to be increadibly iluminating and usefull tho i havnt had a chance to play with what i learned from it yet.

anyway great work very moving and very proffesional looking. cudoos!

  • awesome work

  • aaaaaamazing~!

  • hey there, love ur work tigaer

one question how do u make those 3d buildings 3ds max or maya maybe?

  • @kisukehc well the technique i'm using is actually a little weird and would take too much time and space to explain here. lets just say it's pretty much all created with vue and photoshop.

  • @tigaerreal si vue a 3d program like max or maya?

  • @tigaerreal is vue a 3d program like max or maya?

if not, what is the difference?

  • @kisukehc Vue is a tool specialized in landscape creation. Mountains, forests, atmospheres. Certain versions of Vue can be integrated into other softwares like Max or Maya. I'm using the standalone version of Vue here.

  • @tigaerreal in thhis work, which elements are 3D (vue) and which elements are 2D (photoshop)

damn, i really want to learn something like this!

  • it would be better if you hadn't put the text transitions during the intro

  • i gotta disagree with the guy above.. i feel like the camera movement made ALOT of difference.. focused in on the parts you wanted us to see.. made me go from one "feel" to another.. awesome work..

  • love the music which one is it

  • Well done!! :)

  • Nice work brother! you made it real. Love the vision.

  • this is a project big studios make with a full creative force of people! and you did it alone! mind blowing!

  • @Zaishe5757 that's true. but i had no deadline and enough time. =) it was a lot of work but it paid of. i'm quite happy with the results here. thanks for your feedback. :)

  • That was totally amazing. It felt like watching a movie trailer or something, brought me into your world. Great job!

  • @ArtofJKelly then the project was a success. :) glad you like it. thanks a lot.

  • brilliant! great idea for an image and i'd say a perfect setting for a good sci-fi novel.

the music was a bit off but that doesn't matter.

i really look forward to seeing your other works in the future!

  • Wow... That's amazing....

Da kriegt man wirklich Gänsehaut beim zuschauen :D

  • Amazing! Great work.

  • It reminds me of Gates to Elysium, which is a very good thing ;) I really loved the intro, sounds and the painting! Personally, I would have made a different camera movement because it didnt really... do.. anything(just a minor thing I suppose). VERY nice, wish I could do this ;)

  • @MrProfijt thanks for your feedback. yeah the cam isn't really very mobile but that's the thing with camera mapping. in only allows you to move within a certain area/radius. anything more would result in distorted textures etc... :) i tried to make the best of it.

  • @Zenccu rock and roll :) glad you like it.

  • great...loved it never seen a better looking selfmade project =)

  • @IseeYouNewb thank you very much :)

  • @IseeYouNewb thanks a lot. :)
