  • Ah...the 1980 JD 4240 w/4416 hours sold 4/17/10 on east-central Nebraska auction....do you have pics of the 4240 you could email me? Would love to see it. I could certainly make a video looking at JD 4240 auction prices, would be fun. I've got (2) other videos coming out yet this week. I'll try to work on a 4240 video for next week :-)

  • Yep, Sweeney Auction Service is located in Waukon, IA. They have sales all over NE Iowa, get up into SE Minnesota and maybe have a few in SW Wisconsin I think?

  • Not sure exactly. The sale bill didn't say and I didn't overhear any definitive talk about the signs age at the auction today. I think auctioneers mentioned they thought the sign was made way back when in Minneapolis, MN
