Wouldn't it be easier just to buy a 1.35V Wein cell or hearing-aid battery...no adjustment or compensation needed. I'm finding I'm amazed by how many people don't seem to know that the zinc/air mercury-replacement batteries are commonly available...yet I thought it was general knowledge...

I never know what my proper exposure is.
I have an Olympus OM-1n and the batteries for the light meter have been discontinued.
I usually just guess.
