Did I see that right- it has an instant GPS signal inside a house?

I heard that the Samsung i8910 is supposed to be able to do that and since they share the same GPS chip I guess it ispossible but really, how does the GPS signal get through the roof? Are the chips that sensitive nowadays? That would be really cool.

excluding QWERTY keyboard ,N900 has Stereo speakers , MicroSD slot , dual LED Flash + lens cover + Kick stand , removable battery = bigger size

question is not based on the merits of this device, it looks pretty awesome. question is whether it can make up for the god awful n97 or not

the game was so sluggish, this cant compete with the iphone 3GS or iPod touch 3rd gen

not to mention how ugly the phone is, and the UI is awful too, only usuable in landscape mode haha try harder next time nokia

Game looks good to me, but wont be playing games.

Phone is sexy is real life, UI is awesome, its a powerful UI unlike smartphones. landscape is due Dec 09.

After using one for a while, want a retail unit so bad.

technically more powerful than the iphone (try flash), sluggish because 10 apps were open (try multitasking on the iphone) and portrait mode CAN be used in the future.

you think that if u have an iphone you are above all the others that have different smartphones, and in some cases that is true, but when you see something that is on a higher level you just talk rubbish.

I think that says something about the iphone user.

awesome phone with better os ( maemo ) , i am waiting for it , the only disadvantages for me :

1. High price ( same as iphone 3g 8gb )

I can't say I agree with the guys statements that open source development only leads to multiple clones of simple apps. I'd argue the opposite is true.
