It depends on who your caster is, but if your going jack heavy, Arlan is a great choice cause he can fix them and buff them. Jr is great to for taking some of the burden off your warcaster and for his arcane shield. Also eyriss is nice to harass the other caster. For menoth the warcaster attachment is really nice or since its mostly jacks the vassal of menoth.

Arlan Strageways (spelling?) would be a good pick to go with a Cygnar warjack force. He can Repair and lend focus to jacks like the Charger.
