@zh0so i actually found out how.. go to control panel, hardware and sound, on the top on devices and printers below that click on add a device, that should find any bluetooth related device. then after i find ur desired device the steps are pretty easy..

Hello Mr. I got a question for you. I just got a new Si670m Bluetooth Wireless Notebook Mouse, which i cannot set up. I tried to do it the way your video says but it wont work. I doesnt recognize any passkey and when i select no passkey, it says it was installed sucessfully but it doesnt work, plus after a while it wont appear on Bluetooth devices either =(

When you get a Bluetooth dongle etc which he shows in the video those blue things etc you plug it into the usb it will install the drivers etc then whatever then you send files to your mobile/phone/cell etc by bluetooth, very simple.

So the answer s yes if you have music files, you'll be able to send them to your phone in seconds.
