When you're a CEO of a company that sells products or offers services, you should always treat your customers pleasantly, no matter how stupid you think their complaining is.

For example, imagine walking into Wal-Mart and complaining about a wet floor. An employee shouldn't be like "What's your fucking problem? Couldn't you see the caution sign? Walk around it, moron."

The more you coddle consumers the more they feel they deserve. Apple gave consumers a $200 gift certificate for Apple stores last time people complained about the iPhone price reduction. If 3 million iPhone 4 owners had a problem from touching a section of their phone and dropping calls, Apple would be screwed. Instead, we have an overachieving company being dogged by imaginary "problems" most phones have. I'd be pissed too. Good sketch though.
