i have heard stories that the hospital there was an old hospital from somewhere in the 1980's or so and it had soon caught fire, everyone inside died, after the fires were hosed down the building was left for a planned demolish-in but the plan was wasted after the explosives set in for to long and were unable to be used, the people left the building with the explosives inside, some say they left it there for the same reason Sprunks Beer Factory was left where it was, because of fright.

Sigh, I don't even know why I bother with these myths any more. You'd think by now I'd find one that's actually in the game. Ratman, fake. Ufo's, fake. Sprunk Factory ghost, just a security guard from the strip club down the street. I even investigated this a few times. Just found a couple glitches, but no ghosts. I'm hoping the next GTA will have some better myths like San Andreas did. Eventually Rockstar will catch on and actually put one in the game.

That noise at the end of the video is nothing more (i'm sorry to say) than Rockstar's atttempt at industrial noises. You can usually hear it at any of the dock areas in the game.

The orange goo (usually associated with Ratman) is used to convey rust or chemical like residue. if you look at the ratman hotspot (in the underground) you'll notice that this goo like material is present beneath pipes. Makes sense, water dripping through pipes (made of metal) is tainted orange by rust.

that would be a security gaurd from the dtrip club nearby.. im not sure y but that place is haunted and glitched.. when u shoot some how a guard from the strip club nearby acts like u shoot off in the club.. usually a gaurd will come from it and its wierd cus most of the time he'll just appear out of nowhere instead of comeing through one of the entrances of that place
