Hope is a pathetic, desperate, stuck up bitch that always has to get her own way. Billie is sweet and kind hearted. Hope is with a man that has left her and tried to remain with two other women Billie and Carly. Needless too say they are only broken up because bothe Billie and Carly left not the other way around.

Bo and Hope are the best they have stood the test of time and they always will, no matter how many of Bo's past flings they throw in the mix! Bo and Hope belong together the history is there!

@parkerwp100 Actually Billie Reed is the biggest threat to Bo and Hope because they have a bond that is intangible. Which is why Bo married Billie twice and tried to remain with her even when Hope was back into the picture. They only broke up because Billie left him.

Hope was still gorgeous here..now she's all weird looking..I loved Bo and Hope in the 80's they were so exciting..I still love them but they sure could use some of that old magic!!!

Exactly! Okay, I give Bo & Billie fans this argument that the show probably shouldn't had used Billie has a decoy in order for Bo and Hope to find in each other again. Yet, what annoys me about Bo and Billie fans they like to see Hope as a threat or the reason why it truly ended in the 1st place; when in this scene Bo is clearly playing games with both Billie and Hope, because he couldn't figure out his feelings nor hurt both women.

I partially agree with your comment. I started watching Days in the mid-80s, and I loved Bo and Hope back then. However, in the 90s I loved RKKBo and Billie as well. Both sets of couples, at least in my opinion, had the passion and excitement that lacks in the more recent storylines. The "supercouple era" (mid 80s - mid-90s) was when Days was at its peak, and I enjoyed nearly all the couples back then. It does serve its purpose for today's fan base; I'm just no longer part of that fan base.

I agree with you DarkChild. Bope has always bored me to tears. When the show focused really heavily on them around 96 or 97, I actually stopped watching, cause I just didn't care. I did try to like them though. I know they have diehard fans and I respect that, but judging by the ratings which have consistently gotten lower and lower over the years, I wasn't the only one that was bored to death.

As you know I was a big Bo and Billie fan, but because I started watching Days in 1985 I also loved Bo and Hope back then - there was equal amount of passion in each storyline. I understand where you're coming from; I didn't watch Roman and Marlena back when they were *the* couple of the early 80s, so I couldn't warm up to a R&M pairing when he returned in the early 90s. I think after the mid 90s Days stopped serving the fans of "our" generation. LOL

There was plenty of excitement and passion in Bope's relationship. Just because the current writer doesn't give them storylines (or to any of the vets for that matter) doesn't necessarily mean they're boring. And Bope are far from perfect- there's been A LOT of scandal in their lives!!
