That seems to be up in the air still. There are plans for a indoor track (30-40 million). It is possible they would doze Mac for the indoor track site. Mac Court is actually pretty solid compared to the other buildings on campus. The Knight library is actually the most likely building to collapse in the event of a earthquake.

Excited for the new basketball venue. Eugene has always been a special place historically for athletics.
