Someone declaring himself as beeing Pagan says nothing. There are so many Pagan religions in Europe and all over the world that saying "Pagan" doesn't mean anything. Slavonic Pagan ? Asatru Pagan ? Greek Politeistic Pagan ? Nordic Pagan ? (Hail Oden ;) )

The word Pagan is an umbrella term that covers any ancient, non christian and polytheistic religion.

Actually I describe myself as Pagan because I don't know what exactly I am. I don't conform to any division of Paganism... I'm still finding my path but I see no need to put myself into a category. :)

That picture resembled Sigurd the Volsung or the Norse God Baldur more than it did Michael. In either case, it is awsome artwork! By the way, have you wondered why you would visualize such an entity in a manner that is similar to a Germanic God? Are you familiar with the Swedish and Norse tales about how The Devil appears at the crossroads in the form of an Old Man with a wide brimmed hat, one eye, and a blue cloak?

Love your art. I too am an artist but I view "angels" as christian and want nothing to do with them so I don't include them in my art work.

Crowley used angels and demons. I do not think one or the other is good or bad, I think of angels as celestial and demons as underworld.

I think religion had created its own context about the nature if these spirits. Anyhow good research venus, you make some concrete points.

I've been told Angels and Demons do NOT get along... How could a Satanist or any other type of magician that works with Demons also work with Angels? If possible, great! I just heard so much bad stuff about Angels that it somewhat confused me. If truly neutral, Angels should not be a problem. If they truly intend to respect the magician's will and work alongside them, great!
