Don't you love how Fenris is all about the "invading personal space" style of courting? It gets particularly obvious towards the end. And if you want to see those puppy dog eyes Merrill saw him making, just take a closer look at when he's asking you to come meet his sister with him.

The only thing that ever bothered me about Fenris is that he doesn't ware shoes. Dude ware shoes, saddles, something. Maybe it's an elf thing, because Merrill doesn't ware shoes ether. Or it it that he's so awesome that he don't need shoes?

@monfr0 If you look at all the elves feet in game, none of them war shoes. Most if not all wear stirrup-like leggings. So fabric wraps around the arches of their feet but their toes and heels are exposed. It would make sense, as Elves tend to be closer to nature. And separating the feet from the ground simply removes a way to 'communicate' or understand nature. Or something like that.

i just can't seem to activate the anniversary of escape talk with fenris... i have romanced him in every possible way until now... what am I doing wrong... also I got bored since it never activated so i did every task up until the demands of the Qun except A bitter pill and the talk still stands unactive.. i'm tired of him saying.. QUESTION: how do you trigger the scene with the wine at 19:22?? where he tells a story and everything, I can't seem to trigger it before i have to find out that the mother is dead and Fenris does not show up in the room to comfort afterwards..

I think what I like most about this game is that both the male love interests, Fenris and Anders, glow when they get pissed off, there's something strangely arousing about that ;)

@indigoXmoonlight oddly enough...that is 1 of my favorite things about them. I felt shorted though...the relationships in DA1 were so personal-you could snatch your companion up in the middle of the street & make out with them lol. This game was so "structured". Also, my "scene" with him where he pushes her into the wall at the estate- my didn't happen this way...it was all lovey dovey...I wonder how I trigger the glowing Fenris slamming me into a wall??? lmao. Glowing men...the new sexy.

@SutherinPeach TOTALLY the new sexy. I agree that the relationships were a bit disappointing or talking to your companions at all. You can't just have a simple conversation with them to learn what makes them tick or what they fancy. Instead you have to wait for special scenes in which there is about only two per act for each character. And the scene where he pushes her into the wall didn't occur for my first play through too. If you sleep with him before the bitter pill quest, you won't get it.

Say does those cutscenes simply happen when you just decide to visit Fenris' mansion randomly or will they only trigger when you complete certain missions?

I haven't succeeded in figuring it out yet, as I'm also pretty new to the game ^^U

Thanks for posting. Seeing the 47 min length reminds me of how shorted I felt while playing this. 47 minutes of Fenris is no where near enough time. DAO companion conversations were so long and involved that I feel cheated out of the opportunity to really getting to know my DA2 peeps.
