I just played that part yesterday. Either that was the authors lame dub, or this is some earlier version of Fatal Frame 2 that has been reworked. The actual real version just has eerie music acompanying that scene, and maybe a gasp as the woman passes. Okay it still isn't particularly scary. But the battle with her after is. She continually dissapears from battle and re-inacts her suicide while you're battling. She's also insanely hard to hit with a Fatal Frame. Not a fun fight.
