Fallen, I am not denying that de_stroyed hacks; however, I *never* call out hacks when twitching. I am a very twitchy player and I get a lot of head shots, usually 1/3 or 1/4 kills in a game is a head shot (when I am try-hard mode). I often times twitch when I hear footsteps.

I come from a long line of playing Quake 4 and Quake 4 along with ET, so I know when to twitch. So, I don't think you should base a majority of your argument on a simple twitch.

Its not the really big snaps that you usually look out for, they are easy to do and spot without cheats, but if you watch Elix's videos, a lot of them show small twitches which could indicate a cheater. Also, if anyone hasn't noticed, this basically occurs in sniping, if someone shoots their gun, the kick takes longer to settle down.
