I had sleep paralysis AGAIN last night, I couldn't wake myself up after several seconds so I tried to pray to God. It didn't work. In fact I only came out of paralysis when I started laughing at myself for buying into the idea. I would like to know what hidden agenda the OP has for posting this video, knowing now for fact that it is not true.

Not really surprised that that we wake up to scary, threatening dreams where something is going to attack us as apposed to happy safe comfortable ones. Nor am I suprised that comforting thoughts of a protector help them go away. Got bored half way through this and turned off when my friend said it claimed the answer was prayer.
Used to happen to me and roommate, felt like being sat on by malicious unseen creature (evil Jinn; much evidence and names used for the same thing). Reciting the last three Chapters of The Qur'an (in English) became habit after the dreams became terrifying. Haven't had the nightmares or sleep paralysis since. I have experienced it a few times in my life and never have related it to a negative experience. And by the way, I suffered from this last night. There also was no spooky demon or ghost, which that in itself tells me this video is a crock of S. I've had this problem before but now I don't. But the problems began when I was in my early 20's. Honestly I was thinking about Christ and it would go away. I haven't had them since among other things. I'm more of a men of faith and science. I'm no longer a committed Christian for reasons that are personal but I don't deny that Jesus had some form of authority. I don't believe in the Bible 100% but do agree and believe in all the good things of the Bible. Which is maybe 70% of it.

I love my sleep paralysis...I will not go against it. I do believe I, am more awake and open minded than others. I see the world for what it is. I,m not judging or "hating" I, am just simply telling my side of the view. And I expect others to respect that, as I respect them.
I'll also add, I have also had the "demon" experience, but I don't believe sleep paralysis has ever done that since I have discovered what it really is. I think it only happened that way as a child. I have also had the "omg I'm paralyzed and suffocating into my pillow wtf do I do" experience as a child, also without a "demonic presence".
Finished. Do I fall into "other rare cases"? Because I do not see how, even if it can be caused by demons, it is always caused by demons. I can cause it by not going into a "fully asleep" state by using sound to keep my brain alert, and that seems to coincide with modern definitions on what it is (even though you call them "guesses"). I also recognize lucid dreams as "dreams where you are aware you are dreaming", not as out of body experiences, also caused by not being fully asleep
Just thought I'd further add to that, but I think I also passed into a couple sleep paralysis states while listening to those same CDs, but ended up slipping back into a lucid dream (likely the exact same dream, right where I left off) because not being able to move was annoying. I was possibly trying to wake up and unable to or something.
and to add to that, now that I can actually attempt to recognize sleep paralysis when it happens, I either do 1 of 2 things:
1) Try to fight it for fun without being scared, to see if I can actually get out of it instead of passing out again.
2) Try to slip into a lucid dream and have fun.
So far #2 has never happened. I have only ever slipped into a lucid dream while listening to people on business CDs, like John Maxwell, because the CD played in my dream and never tuned out.

I don't think sleep paralysis is caused by anything non-biological. It's scary because you can't move and it feels like you're not breathing (because "breathing" is being controlled by your subconscious, and not you, because "you" are paralyzed). Scary + not being able to move + suffocating can translate into demonic presence for some people.

I found out a few weeks ago my great-grandfather has something to do with the freemasons…. So that must be why I had this from the age of 5… because at that age I never went researching about bad stuff, I was just a kid and was innocent.

Part 4 - I do also know some people who are very full of fear and anger which acts as a portal for negative energetic beings. These people have told me that they have suffered in their own words "terrifying sleep paralysis". This, could very well be attributed to demons. i used to have these figures in my room. And this paralizing fear that was allways extremely difficult to resist, but it was possible. I was never able to move until i beat my fear. Had to do it quick though because the damn things were allways out to get me. Once i had beat the fear i was then able to move myself away from the figures. I then realized one day that all these figures in my room were fears and negative emotions inseide me. I needed no Jesus, it was about imroving inner state.

Part 5 - Its very important to understand that exploring the occult is not responsible for attracting demons. Exploring the occult whilst under the influence of fear is. I explore the occult on a continuous basis, and its not a problem. It has empowered me spiritualy, mental yand emotionaly. Ive had encounters with negative entities but only after approaching the subject with a young mind filled with fear.
Part 6 - Since aligning myself with light and with love (ie - no fear) (and purging the remaining fear from my body) this is no longer a problem. It is a bad idea to scare people away from the occult as understanding and exploring it plays a significant part in our spiritual evolution. The occult is not evil. It is dualistic as is everything of this dimension of existance. The first step to anything in life - purge fear from the body.

It is NOT "sleep paralysis" this is an entity hijacking you during your sleep cause its easy to fuck with you. You feel something negative around you and you know it! I've never had the experience of it pressing down on me, but have had other family members experience that. The only way it stopped was praying during the experience.

While I do agree that these demons are real and attack people, I do not agree that those saved by the blood of Jesus Christ are affected. You should do well to heed Jeremiah 10. If you think you will be affected, you just negate Jesus Christ's saving power and these demons will be more than happy to obliged to get you. You should not live in fear but rather in praise for Jesus Christ, who has saved you with His blood, that is if you truly believe in Him and repent of your sins.
I went through this myself. The Lord's prayer made it go away but it always came back later. I was so terrified I would forget the words to the Lord's prayer. Never thought just to call out to Jesus. I know better now.

btw I have experience this shit like 3 or 4 times. I felt like something was keeping its arm on my neck and I was literally paralised. I was paralised until I was fully awaken. I truly believe this. I had this experience personally. I dabled in the occult, astral projection and ouija board. As I progressed, things went horribly wrong. I felt evil presences watching/manipulating me. I was attacked on a nightly basis. A christian friend destroyed my occult items, we prayed. I ceased all occult practices. @ricogoldstar I believe you and have experienced things and seen my husband go through it over and over. He comes from a Hindu background but was baptised through Christ before our marriage. He still experiences those things. I hope to share this info and video with him. I have also had dreams of imprisonment almost once a week. Never been paralyzed tho. I've had sleep paralysis, as soon as I think the name "Jesus" it goes away and I wake up properly. I have lucid dreams too which used to frighten me, now instead of fighting it, I can control it.

In the past, I've had sleep paralysis up to 5 times a night...I believe demons exist, although I really don't think it's anything to do with sleep paralysis. Plus, the one time it happened recently, a kind of 'divine vision' occurred. I think SP is a neutral thing but due to the paralysis and surrender of your physical faculties, you may be more open to spiritual influences, good and bad (as in the trance state)

Ive had sleep paralasys , only the once , happned about 10 years ago. i was in bed - alone - and woke up , felt like something invisible was sat on my chest , crushing the breath out of me . i could not move at all , Absolutley terriying really . I dare not tell anyone about it at the time, in case they thought me "Mad". I saw a prog on TV about it some years later , and confessed to a friend it had happned to me. Thank God it was just the once , cos it was really terrifing .

The episode after that was weaker and again I would laugh at it while it was happening..then it hasn't happened since... I think it is caused by fear...If you show it your afraid it will get stronger.

Strangely enough, I don't believe in demons, I experience sleep paralysis about once a week, and yet the idea that it was demons never once crossed my mind. Instead of focusing all my energy on calling out to Jesus, I focus it all on forcing myself to move. And I always eventually do. So what would you say to me then?

Happened to me once when I was 19. I was almost asleep when my eyes came open but I could not move. As I tried to sit up or do anything and inhuman/demonic voice in my head heckled me. I felt like something was trying to take over my body. I desperately wanted it out. I just kept insisting in my head to "GO AWAY". As I focused on pushing it out I suddenly sprang up and was out of breath. I like Jesus message but I didn't use his name in my experience and that was the only time.

I suffer from sleep paralysis, and trust me, it can get really painful. For instance, one time I was trying to bend my elbow to get up thinking that I was awake, and I felt it bending the other way with the sensation of pain created by my brain (obviously my arm wasn't moving). Try bending your elbow the way it shouldn't, try it real hard and you may get a glimpse of how I felt. This and many other things occurs while sleep paralyzed.
I must be wired differently because I believe Jesus to be the great deceiver. Another Youtuber that I watch, Von Helton had mentioned this in his recent videos. In Hebrew Jesus can be interpreted as HSS. What is HSS? Of course, I don't believe I've ever had a bought with sleep paralysis before. Now drug induced, yes. Having been in the hospitol many times over, I've had a great abundance of hallucinations.

Actually, this is very real. Sleep paralysis is recognized by the medical community and there are reports of the disorder (called by different names of course) throughout history (both acient and present). Go do more research.

In fact I only came out of paralysis when I started laughing at myself for buying into the idea. Not really surprised that that we wake up to scary, threatening dreams where something is going to attack us as apposed to happy safe comfortable ones. Nor am I suprised that comforting thoughts of a protector help them go away. Got bored half way through this and turned off when my friend said it claimed the answer was prayer.

Used to happen to me and roommate, felt like being sat on by malicious unseen creature (evil Jinn; much evidence and names used for the same thing). I have experienced it a few times in my life and never have related it to a negative experience. I've had this problem before but now I don't. But the problems began when I was in my early 20's. Honestly I was thinking about Christ and it would go away. I haven't had them since among other things. I'm more of a men of faith and science. I'm no longer a committed Christian for reasons that are personal but I don't deny that Jesus had some form of authority. I don't believe in the Bible 100% but do agree and believe in all the good things of the Bible. Which is maybe 70% of it.

i used to have sleep paralysis problems alot when i was younger just would go back to sleep and be fine but the first time it happed to me was sleeping on my couch and i could move my leg for some reason and kicked myself onto the floor and was fine then lmao

I'll also add, I have also had the "demon" experience, but I don't believe sleep paralysis has ever done that since I have discovered what it really is. I think it only happened that way as a child. I have also had the "omg I'm paralyzed and suffocating into my pillow wtf do I do" experience as a child, also without a "demonic presence".

Finished. Do I fall into "other rare cases"? Because I do not see how, even if it can be caused by demons, it is always caused by demons. I can cause it by not going into a "fully asleep" state by using sound to keep my brain alert, and that seems to coincide with modern definitions on what it is (even though you call them "guesses"). I also recognize lucid dreams as "dreams where you are aware you are dreaming", not as out of body experiences, also caused by not being fully asleep

Just thought I'd further add to that, but I think I also passed into a couple sleep paralysis states while listening to those same CDs, but ended up slipping back into a lucid dream (likely the exact same dream, right where I left off) because not being able to move was annoying. I was possibly trying to wake up and unable to or something.

and to add to that, now that I can actually attempt to recognize sleep paralysis when it happens, I either do 1 of 2 things:
1) Try to fight it for fun without being scared, to see if I can actually get out of it instead of passing out again.
2) Try to slip into a lucid dream and have fun.
So far #2 has never happened. I have only ever slipped into a lucid dream while listening to people on business CDs, like John Maxwell, because the CD played in my dream and never tuned out.

I don't think sleep paralysis is caused by anything non-biological. It's scary because you can't move and it feels like you're not breathing (because "breathing" is being controlled by your subconscious, and not you, because "you" are paralyzed). Scary + not being able to move + suffocating can translate into demonic presence for some people.

There are 3 types of dreams:
1. Dreams from oneself.
(ie. having watched something on TV, or talking to someone) thus the subject comes into the dream.
2. Dreams that come from Satan.
(ie. nightmares, sexual scenes, etc)
3. Dreams from the Lord Allah.
(ie. prophesies, signs, warnings, omens etc).

Even though I was in my house which was safe, I felt like I was in so much danger, I could not even call out for help. It’s like something is trying to talk/scream at me and force me to do something. It’s a suffocating feeling and I’m so grateful I have not had this for the past 2 years.

It completely felt like a demonic prescience, and it is incredibly hard to describe. I was scared, and I told my mum about it and she didn’t take it seriously.

A week ago while i was sleeping i had a dream of somebody telling me that something bad is gonna happen to me i woke up right after that then that statement flashed in my mind and when that happened the side of my neck started 2 have a strong tingling sensation(there was much more but idk how to explain it) i felt a bit paralyzed but i was able 2 hold my neck and of course i was in shock when that happened

Part 4 - I do also know some people who are very full of fear and anger which acts as a portal for negative energetic beings. These people have told me that they have suffered in their own words "terrifying sleep paralysis". This, could very well be attributed to demons. i used to have these figures in my room. And this paralizing fear that was allways extremely difficult to resist, but it was possible. I was never able to move until i beat my fear. Had to do it quick though because the damn things were allways out to get me. Once i had beat the fear i was then able to move myself away from the figures. I then realized one day that all these figures in my room were fears and negative emotions inseide me. I needed no Jesus, it was about imroving inner state.

Part 5 - Its very important to understand that exploring the occult is not responsible for attracting demons. Exploring the occult whilst under the influence of fear is. I explore the occult on a continuous basis, and its not a problem. It has empowered me spiritualy, mental yand emotionaly. Ive had encounters with negative entities but only after approaching the subject with a young mind filled with fear.

Part 6 - Since aligning myself with light and with love (ie - no fear) (and purging the remaining fear from my body) this is no longer a problem. It is a bad idea to scare people away from the occult as understanding and exploring it plays a significant part in our spiritual evolution. The occult is not evil. It is dualistic as is everything of this dimension of existance. The first step to anything in life - purge fear from the body.

It is NOT "sleep paralysis" this is an entity hijacking you during your sleep cause its easy to fuck with you. You feel something negative around you and you know it! I've never had the experience of it pressing down on me, but have had other family members experience that. The only way it stopped was praying during the experience.

While I do agree that these demons are real and attack people, I do not agree that those saved by the blood of Jesus Christ are affected. You should do well to heed Jeremiah 10. If you think you will be affected, you just negate Jesus Christ's saving power and these demons will be more than happy to obliged to get you. I went through this myself. The Lord's prayer made it go away but it always came back later. I was so terrified I would forget the words to the Lord's prayer. Never thought just to call out to Jesus. I know better now.

I had many times that feeling in night , when i cant move and do anything, and i started to afraid very much. btw I have experience this shit like 3 or 4 times. I felt like something was keeping its arm on my neck and I was literally paralised. I was paralised until I was fully awaken. Didn;t know what it was,never seen it since I could reach and watch, my head was firlmy pushed down. Why they might appear I don't know but for sure the explanation of this guy is total cra. It has nothing to do with magic, cults, or those cards he is talking about. And they can't help you for shit, you just wake up!!!

I truly believe this. I had this experience personally. I dabled in the occult, astral projection and ouija board. As I progressed, things went horribly wrong. I felt evil presences watching/manipulating me. I was attacked on a nightly basis. A christian friend destroyed my occult items, we prayed. I ceased all occult practices. I went to bed with my grandmothers bible and a crucifix on my chest. I was attacked that night, I screamed the name of JESUS, and awoke hand held high, since then,peace.

@ricogoldstar I believe you and have experienced things and seen my husband go through it over and over. He comes from a Hindu background but was baptised through Christ before our marriage. He still experiences those things. I hope to share this info and video with him. I have also had dreams of imprisonment almost once a week. Never been paralyzed tho. I've had sleep paralysis, as soon as I think the name "Jesus" it goes away and I wake up properly. I have lucid dreams too which used to frighten me, now instead of fighting it, I can control it.

In the past, I've had sleep paralysis up to 5 times a night...I believe demons exist, although I really don't think it's anything to do with sleep paralysis. Plus, the one time it happened recently, a kind of 'divine vision' occurred. I think SP is a neutral thing but due to the paralysis and surrender of your physical faculties, you may be more open to spiritual influences, good and bad (as in the trance state)

Ive had sleep paralasys , only the once , happned about 10 years ago. i was in bed - alone - and woke up , felt like something invisible was sat on my chest , crushing the breath out of me . i could not move at all , Absolutley terriying really . I dare not tell anyone about it at the time, in case they thought me "Mad". I saw a prog on TV about it some years later , and confessed to a friend it had happned to me. Thank God it was just the once , cos it was really terrifing .

yep its the most scariest experience ive ever had and i used to have some really bad nightmares too.
i could always see a demon when i had sleep paralysis...VERY similar to the drawings in this video.
the 1st time it happened i must have been about 5yrs old. 2nd time i was about 8yrs old. 3rd time i was 13 yrs old. 4th time 15 yrs old.
im 27 right now and have been fine since, bar some weird dreams where i am possessed.
and yeah, it IS very embarrassing to talk about these things.

The episode after that was weaker and again I would laugh at it while it was happening..then it hasn't happened since... I think it is caused by fear...If you show it your afraid it will get stronger.

i used to have these types of episodes...I would feel like something would come from behind and wrap their arm around my neck kinda like a choke hold...I experienced these episodes numerous times. only at night like around 3am-4am. Once I heard a weird kinda laugh kinda like a evilish giggle.

Strangely enough, I don't believe in demons, I experience sleep paralysis about once a week, and yet the idea that it was demons never once crossed my mind. Happened to me once when I was 19. I was almost asleep when my eyes came open but I could not move. As I tried to sit up or do anything and inhuman/demonic voice in my head heckled me. I felt like something was trying to take over my body. I desperately wanted it out. I just kept insisting in my head to "GO AWAY". As I focused on pushing it out I suddenly sprang up and was out of breath. I like Jesus message but I didn't use his name in my experience and that was the only time.

I suffer from sleep paralysis, and trust me, it can get really painful. For instance, one time I was trying to bend my elbow to get up thinking that I was awake, and I felt it bending the other way with the sensation of pain created by my brain (obviously my arm wasn't moving). Try bending your elbow the way it shouldn't, try it real hard and you may get a glimpse of how I felt. This and many other things occurs while sleep paralyzed.

In Hebrew Jesus can be interpreted as HSS. What is HSS? Of course, I don't believe I've ever had a bought with sleep paralysis before. Now drug induced, yes. Actually, this is very real. Sleep paralysis is recognized by the medical community and there are reports of the disorder (called by different names of course) throughout history (both acient and present). Go do more research.
