Psywave isn't that bad of a move. I looked it up.

It deals typeless damage (It is never"not very effective" or "super effective")

It deals damage according to this equation:

(X + 5) × (User's level / 10)

in which x=a random number between 1 and 10.

The move becomes stronger as its user levels up and it has a make-or-break lucky bonus. When you get stronger, its gonna deal a pretty good minimum damage which there's only a 1/10 chance it won't do more.

I was going to replace it with Psybeam...
