@WorldGentleman You must have "Fast boot" turned on in your phone's settings. Make sure it's turned off then turn your phone off. Wait 5 seconds, hold Vol Down and keep holding it while you press the power button once.

@mayur1234560 When you flash a new ROM you'll probably get a new HBOOT. You should just be able to run the su.zip file to root your phone now but i've never used htcdev so I'm not sure exactly

Have followed all instructions, got phone rooted, then using Astro to change/edit "gps.conf" in folder /system/etc/gps.conf, but still can't do, the system says that file is R/O Read Only. Great tutorial, was already to go until I realised the HBoot has changed with a recent software update(That has caused serious instability for me) that revoulationary doesnt support yet. Hopefully they will update to deal with hboot 2.00.0002 soon

@hearliam That happened to me first time I installed ICS too. Simply turn off your phone, turn on again while holding volume down and then go into recovery. From there you want to clear/wipe data/factory reset and start again. Second time round mine worked :-) It will erase any data though

@MixeryEntertainment1 I would try wiping your phone and starting again. Sounds like something went wrong with your ROM. Boot into Clockwork mod and Clear/wipe data
