  • Hi Daniel

    Your looking at putting it into the oven @about 180 degrees for15 mins. Then check. But the oven must be preheated & hot before the chicken goes in. So electric @ 180 degrees & on gas @ gas mark 3 again for 15 minutes. Hope that helps?
