Important!

Wrap tape right round the parcel a couple of times, in at least 4 places. Otherwise anything heavy is just going to come bursting out at the first drop!

Put your name, house number and postcode on the back of every parcel you send, then if it's undeliverable you stand a chance of getting it back.

Get a certificate of posting so that if the parcel is lost or damaged you will be able to claim its value up to £32 - free but you can pay extra for insuring higher value items.
