@manga925 in white verision you can fight wild unision to get spec atk EVs, and in black you have to wait until you can fight wild vanillite. i think maractus gives them too, but its in the desert and rarely appears. later on you can also fight elgyem to get them.

@manga925 The best place is celestial tower (just after the 6th gym) as the both enemieis litwick and elgyem both give special attack EVs

@manga925 : I dont know where all the places you can are, but the best I have found for this early in the game were other petilil's, Maractus, sigilyph, and solosis. We have not made it to the best place for EVing sp.att yet so I just had to use what the game gave me. Kind of a pain in the ass but I did it :)

@Kingdaddydmac, a great tip, when you get surf, go to wellspring cave, there is a TM log(v?) sweep, which is fighting, and another GREAT Fighting type move in there, and i have checked and Gurdurr can learn it, hope this helps, and sorry if you allready knew :)

@1a2b3c4d5e2427 Bulldoze was actually the one move that helped me win a fight against a crazy-fast and strong Simipour. So yeah, this move is good.

I think it's one of the best Ground moves you can get until you find the Earthquake TM.
